As part of determining the repair scope for a courtyard deck renovation, a demolition project was carried out in the parking garage beneath the deck. The demolition involved the removal of asbestos-containing materials, including suspended ceilings, wall panels, and insulation around heating pipes.

Nodetec was responsible for project management, preparation of demolition plans, and site supervision. The project was completed in 2024.

Special attention was given to the upcoming courtyard deck renovation. The garage’s lighting system was dismantled during the demolition and temporarily replaced with LED strips. The final lighting system will be installed during the courtyard deck renovation.

Following the completed demolition work, Nodetec prepared a repair proposal for the courtyard deck, outlining recommended actions and prioritizing the urgency of repairs.

After
