We conducted the project and concept planning for the facade renovation of a housing association. The assignment involved defining three alternative repair methods for the facade, preparing cost estimates for each, and presenting the advantages and disadvantages of each option. The results of the planning phase were presented to the housing association’s board.

As Oy Auringonsäde consists of two residential buildings from the 1970s, with 7 and 8 stories. The existing exterior wall structures are made of sandwich panels.

The project and concept planning were completed in early 2024. The project is now progressing to the preparation of pre-consultation materials for building supervision.
