The MetroAuto Lahti commercial building, part of a car sales and service chain, is located along the E75 highway. The structure features a steel frame with a hollow-core slab ground floor supported by a ventilated crawl space. The entire building is founded on reinforced concrete piles.

Nodetec Oy completed the structural design for the project in 2024.
