The Biltema Kemi store is located in Karjalahti. The commercial building features a steel frame and a ground-bearing reinforced concrete slab. The steel structure is founded on reinforced concrete piles. Adjacent to the building is a 30-meter-tall advertising tower.

Nodetec Oy was responsible for the structural, precast element, and steel component design, completed between 2023 and 2024.
