The new construction project, As Oy Helsingin Lähetti, is located in the Postipuisto area of Helsinki, adjacent to As Oy Helsingin Postinkantaja. The development consists of nine point-access buildings, each with 5-7 stories. The top floors of all buildings feature rooftop terraces, and the shared courtyard includes a communal barbecue shelter for residents.

Design work for the project began in November 2020, and the execution plans for the final construction phase were completed in February 2023.
