The Biltema Hyvinkää store is located along Kotakuumolantie. The commercial building features a steel frame and a hollow-core slab ground floor structure with a ventilated crawl space. The entire structure is founded on reinforced concrete piles. Adjacent to the building stands a 30-meter-tall advertising tower.

Nodetec Oy was responsible for the structural design, precast element design, and detailing of steel components for the project, completed in 2023.
