Site Supervision

Site supervision is the cornerstone of high-quality and safe construction. We ensure that the project proceeds in accordance with the plans, applicable regulations, and good construction practice. We respond promptly to any issues identified and ensure that they are resolved. In addition to monitoring quality, we track the schedule and costs and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. The frequency of site visits and the scope of the photographic inspection reports are tailored to the project’s requirements.

Client Representation

Client Representation in Design–Build Projects

In design–build projects, the main contractor is responsible for both the design and construction, reducing the client’s direct control over the project. A precise and technically clear definition of requirements—and monitoring compliance with those requirements—is therefore critical for the client. We work actively alongside the client throughout the project, focusing particularly on the early-stage decisions that determine the project’s technical, financial, and functional success.

Construction Work Observer

The construction work observer ensures that the housing company’s building is completed in accordance with the construction agreement. The role is based on the Finnish Housing Transactions Act and RT instruction card 103645. The observer prepares a project-specific monitoring plan.

As a construction management consultant, I am responsible for project management, which includes overseeing various design disciplines, schedule and cost monitoring, and contractor procurement. I have particular expertise in managing facade, deck, and roof renovations. With experience in construction consulting since 2017, I bring the added benefit of a strong background in structural design. My experience also extends internationally, having worked as a structural designer in New Zealand from 2017 to 2019.
