The Biltema Porvoo store is located near the E18 highway and Kuninkaanportti. The commercial building features a steel frame and a ground-bearing reinforced concrete slab. The entire structure is foundationed on ground level.

Nodetec Oy was responsible for the structural, precast element, and steel component design, completed in 2024.
