The new construction project, As Oy Espoon Anna Sahlsteninkatu 11A, is located in the Vermonniitty area of Espoo. The development consists of a six-story lamella building divided into two sections by an expansion joint. Adjacent to the building are three courtyard structures with green roofs, one of which is integrated into the residential building.

Design work for the project began in March 2022, and the execution plans for the final construction phase were completed in January 2023.
