The new construction project, As Oy Helsingin Postinkantaja, is located in the Postipuisto area of Helsinki. The development consists of four lamella buildings with 5-8 stories. The shared courtyard features a communal block pavilion.

Key design considerations included:

• Waterproof design for the basement structures.
• Mitigating noise from the nearby tramline by incorporating structural noise isolation in Postinkantaja 1 and Postinkantaja 2.

Design work for the project began in October 2018, with the execution plans for the final construction phase completed in April 2020.
