Supervision
We provide comprehensive supervision and client-representation services — site supervision, client representation, and construction inspection — to ensure your project meets its agreed objectives, regulations, and budget constraints.
We serve developers, property owners, and housing companies throughout the entire life cycle of a project, from initial kick-off to final inspections.
Site Supervision
Site supervision is the cornerstone of safe, high-quality construction. We monitor progress to make sure the project complies with plans, regulations, and best practices. When issues arise, we intervene immediately and ensure they are resolved. In addition to quality control, we track the schedule and costs and verify that all occupational-safety requirements are followed. The number of supervision visits and the scope of photo-documented reports are tailored to each project’s needs.
Our supervisors are professionals with backgrounds in contracting, structural design, and construction management and project coordination. Their broad experience enables holistic supervision at every stage of construction.
Client Representation
Construction projects demand deep knowledge of legislation, contracts, and technical solutions. Acting as client representatives, we ensure the client’s requirements are written into the contracts and realized on site. We guide the design so that each solution supports the client’s objectives, and we verify that execution meets the agreed standards — including quality and technical performance.
Client Representation in Design–Build Projects
In design–build delivery the main contractor is responsible for both design and construction, reducing the client’s direct control. Precise, technically clear performance specifications and diligent monitoring are therefore critical. We stand beside the client throughout the project, focusing especially on early-stage decisions that determine the project’s technical, financial, and functional success.
Construction Inspector
A construction inspector ensures that a housing company’s building is completed in accordance with the construction contract. The role is defined in the Finnish Housing Transactions Act and RT Guideline 103645. The inspector prepares a project-specific inspection plan.
Our inspectors have extensive expertise in legislation, contract law, and technical execution, protecting the client’s interests at every stage of the work.
